• Alex Whittow, CMCA: A Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Alex brings seven years of portfolio experience—and real HOA board experience—to the table, prioritizing ethics, transparency, and a quality-first approach.
• Isabel Roberts, CMCA: Also a CMCA, and drawn to Durango through her Forest Service work, Isabel now brings leadership and a local artist’s perspective to managing community associations.
• Matthew Chapman: With nearly a decade in public accounting, Matthew ensures financial transparency and accuracy for each association.
• Kerri Nichols: With 14 years of onsite management experience, Kerri brings a maintenance-first mindset and deep local roots to every HOA she supports.
• Susan Cimburek, CMCA: A nonprofit veteran with more than 25 years guiding boards, human resources, project planning, and long-term strategies—she’s a valued steward of sustainability and community coherence.
